Silverstone British GT/F3 coverage?
Hey there,
Does anyone know when Ch4 is showing the British GT/F3 coverage from Silverstone when it poured down cats and dogs? Cheers. |

Not sure, but Id doubt it. To my knowledge Channel 4 havent screened any races from the British GT championship this year so far, although I could be wrong. Do you have Motors TV? They have a 5 minute highlight of race 1 normally and 55 minutes coverage of the 2nd race, but as there was only 1 race the coverage should be just a 1 hour slot of the race I think.

18:00 on Motors TV on Saturday the 27th, lots of repeats. I was sure Channel 4 had been covering it too - I'm 99% sure they had a half hour show of the Castle Combe event 'cause I taped it (having been there
 ).

Actually C4 have screened them all so far as I know. I've got Donington on tape, Combe on DVD, and seen others.
I think the F3 is on at 7am next saturday or sunday, and I would assume the GT's will be the week after. |

Saleen, Channel4 has shown every round of the F3's and GT's this season.
Silverstone will be shown: F3 on Sunday 21st August at 08:00 GT on Saturday 27th August at 7.30am |

Just confirming that Ch4 has televised all the rounds so far and that for what ever reason you had missed them, I have missed some too. I hate the early morning schedule, but it's better than them getting lost mid-day by being bumped for cricket or other sport.

Just a quick reminder for anyone thats interested, tonight at 18:00 BST there is a 1 hour highlights programme on Motors TV of the 2 hour race that took part at Silverstone earlier this month. I beleive this is the first time the race has been aired on Motors TV, although as has been said Channel 4 are covering the races too so it might have already been shown on Channel 4, but Channel 4's coverage is normally a 30 minute programme? Not a 1 hour programme like we get with Motors TV. Should be a good race anyway.
