Lotus 11 Austin A30 CR Gearbox

Does anyone know or have experience with Lotus 11 close ratio gearboxes based on the Austin A30 box?

is 1st gear a lotus bits or an Austin (MOWOG) bits?

or does anyone know anyone who does eleven gearboxes?

we have one in our Formula Junior, I have yet to pull it to bits but 1st throws straight back out on engagement and makes some very unhealthy noises.
