It's... well... it's going to be Spa in two weeks. Is it that what you wanted to hear ? Well here it is. Is anyone from here going there ? I'll be there for sure because it's the greatest 24 hour race in the world, or what did I vote for ? BTW, Zolder is good, too. Nuerburgring is and LM for sure is one of the top. Daytona must be good too but I'm from Germany and only know the local ones. BTW there will be a 25 hour race (yes, twenty five) in Spa next w/e.

Of those I'd go for Spa. The greatest one after Le Mans is Daytona.

I'm going to plump for the Nurburgring. I like it because of the enormous entry list and the fact that almost anyone who has a rollcage fitted in any car can enter... brilliant!!

Oh, OK then.

I'm going to go for the B'ol Dor for pure balls out grit.

Shame they moved it to the very boring Magny Cour rather that the magnificent Paul Ricard with the sublime Mistral straight.

Thanks again Bernie Ecclestone you , why don't you elope with your boyfriend, MichealSchumacher you pair of bandits !!!

That's feels better...

Hey......you didn't say anything about the number of wheels !!!!!

For your information I do not smoke, and the reason I lefted Le Mans out is because we all ready know it is the worlds greatest 24 hour race. The reason I posted the poll was to find out what people thought of the other 24 hour races out there.

Oh and one other thing I completly forgot about Daytona

It depends. If we're talking prestige, history, exotic machinery, clearly LeMans. But for the drivers, and for the hard-core fans who want to get up close and personal, it's clearly the Nurburgring. You can get up pretty damn close to the course on the old track. Hell, any fanatic with an international liscense and a way to get a ride can compete there! And while LeMans has been ruined for both drivers and spectators in the name of safety, the Green Hell remains much the same as it's always been. The Armco's taken away some of the majesty of the pre-'71 course, and the GP course is slow and frustratingly devoid of rythym and flow, but the Nordschliefe is still the most incredible loop of pavement ever devised.

I'd have to say the Daytona 24 Hours. Just a great race. Too bad its Grand-Am sanctioned though...
