shandy drinker should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Rockingham 8 & 9/10/05

Just a quick note to than BRSCC East Anglian Centre for a excellent weekend at Rockingham. A very well run meeting and plenty of cracking racing even if we got a little wet on Saturday. A much welcomed debrief with drinks and plenty of raffle prizes on both days. Others could learn alot from you!!!!!! Once again thank you and a pleasure marshalling for you.

Due to various circumstances I'm afraid I can not share this point of view, and will not marshal for BRSCC-EA at Rockingham again.

And yes, I have aired my grievances with the chief marshal.

Could you post them here? I for one would not want to see anyone leaving Rockingham, saying they won't come back to marshal.

SRB - I wasn't there this weekend as I had a bad time the last time the EA Centre visited Rockingham. I'm pleased that you have given the Chief Marshal feedback but I fear it will have little effect, my comments seem to have fallen on deaf ears.

Likewise - if you don't want to air your grievances in public, then a PM will be fine.

I did note the "I will not marshal for BRSCC-EA at Rockingham again" bit - so we'll expect to see you at SCSA & BARC Meetings next year then?

As someone who doesn't like Rockingham, I really enjoyed the weekend.

A lovely J'Baby it was too! No DS' I was on my way to that area when the reds flew-all I saw was a load of tyre smoke. The regular Rock' photographer Richard got it though and he was shooting for Autosport right there so guess they'll be something in the mag in the morning. Unfortunately that driver asked me to get some pictures of him whilst on his way to the collecting area-not the best way to end a season! I understand that the few spectators that were there were not very happy as they were not allowed in the covered grandstand-and those that got in there somehow were told to leave the area straight away-not the best way to treat hardy spectators on such a foul day but the circuit obviously had their reasons...it did seem that there were more security people than spectators anyway!!
