on_to_it has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!

Well, he may have and they edited that out to avoid appearing pedantic. I have a little first-hand experience to call on when I say this; the print/digital media are not reknowned for attention to detail and accuracy are they!

And why let the facts get in the way of a good story!

Yes you can always edit the articles once they're up when nobody is looking, and then pretend that's how it was all along...

I guess what I am trying to say is that with the amount of liberty the online media take with the truth, if Debae had in fact corrected them then they could simply have re-worded their question to be correct when they wrote the article and kept Debae's answer the same.

Conspiracy???

Personally, I doubt it. It could have been a telephone interview on a bad line, and if Didier wasn't hanging off every word they said, he may not have picked up on the "discrepancy". That's just the way these things are sometimes, but isn't that how good conspiracy theories start out in the first place?

co-operation between the two in the future? maybe they can merge with the Develpoments series? but I dont see it happening, hell will freeze b4 that. Tony and his crew will do everything to not even give them a bit of space. but ya never know hes got some bold ideas/predictions thats fr sure.

I enjoyed all three races. Good clean racing.

Why was Booth allowed to switch cars?

There is provision within the regulations to do so.

Isn't that unfair against the drivers with smaller budgets who can't switch cars?
In most series spare cars aren't allowed.

Mr Revhead has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
What happens in other series if a driver is sick or injured? They often get a fill in. In this case the fill in just happened to be someone who normally drives. But his car had died. Also it was pre race, not during a race.

In the series that I ran we altered the rules a few years back to stop it happening, as it does unfiarly advantage those who can afford to have two cars, less fear of wrecking your car if you can use another for the next race.

we didn't stop people changing cars but added,

"No points shall be awarded to any Driver who competes in any race in a vehicle other than the vehicle in which that Driver commenced Qualifying.
Where a Driver did not participate in Qualifying, the competing vehicle that the Driver uses to start his first Race shall be the eligible vehicle. "
