i dont know about those guys but Carl muggeridge is all set to step onto a corona Suzuki for 2001.

as for the alfa teknic guys ..oh dear what can ya say about that..they were racing and racing hard and all it too is one moment of brilliance and they both bit the dust..it was a shame to see them go down after a good race like that but these things happen ..would have been nice to be a fly on the wall in the pits afterwards though

It's good to see Suzuki trying to get some good up and coming riders onto their bikes. Nothing against Chili but he has been around a while and he won't be around forever so they need to find someone who can keep up with him

You can be an up and coming 97 year old rider if you're quick enough.

I didn't know he was that old either, I thought he was only about 30.

Mladin would be a good choice too. There are quite a few riders (yound and old ) who are just outside SBK and they are all trying to get in to very few seats. With Bayliss getting one of the Ducati seats, both Honda riders likely to stay (desptie rumours of Slight's retirement), at least one Japanese rider on the rest of the Japanese bikes and Corser most likely staying with Aprilia (with offers from Ducati), there are not many competetive seast available.
