How many S2000 Toyota Corollas were built, by whom, where did they race, and where are all the built cars now?

Philip Geipel races a Corolla in German Procar. If I remember well this is a former DTC (Danmark) car.
According www.dtc-net.dk Camilla Stephansen races a Corolla in DTC. |
