Ron Dennis should see a Psychiatrist!

Dennis Should See Shrink August 21 04:50
Montezemolo has recommended a friend for Ron Dennis, who just happens to be a psychiatrist...

Ferrari's president, Luca di Montezemolo, has launched an attack on McLaren's team boss Ron Dennis and has suggested he see a psychiatrist for help. After Michael Schumacher took his fourth world championship and together with Rubens Barrichello gave the Italian team their third successive constructors title, the celebrations ensued. But the Ferrari president could not resist making a jibe at the McLaren boss.

Dennis has criticised the Italian team on many occasions this season, most recently he made allegations that the FIA, the sports governing body, was showing a bias towards Michael Schumacher and the Ferrari team.

"I see that some of our competitors who used to announce their driver line-up early are unable to do so now," said Montezemolo. "That is their problem. I see that so many people talk about Ferrari and make judgments about our drivers.

"I have seen recent declarations from Ron Dennis. I have a friend who is a psychiatrist, one of my best friends, and I can recommend him to Ron Dennis to give him some help."

Bloody good idea if you ask me

I've deleted my own comment as I had second thoughts on what I wrote. For one reason or another, I wasn't permitted to delete the post.

I wonder why "Il Presidente" has a shrink friend good enough to recommend to RD. Could it be because he helped him to get over the trauma of lying to Barrichello?...LOL

My dear fellow formula1 enthusiasts...Mr Montezemolo has said nothing to Ruben's that any other CEO in F1 would not have said..Look at all the other game playing..Ron and DC,Arrows and Bernoldi,Rahal and Irvine,Lauda and Rahal,Prost and Alesi,Jordan and HHF,Wlliams and Button,Briatori and Fisi,.

I mean the list just goes on and on..Ruben's is with the best formula1 team in the world...end of story, and loves it! the team, the car,the team mate, the money, the fame, the glamour...etc..etc.

Where else would he be able to achieve all these things??? You tell me..BTW I am not saying that Ron Dennis needs to seek any help anymore than the rest of us..

Best regards....Jeremy

Happy?

Look at his face during the PRI at Austria.

I just thought why would "Il Presidente" know a shrink to recommend to a madman like Ron...LOL

I have also seen a quote from Jean Alesi in which he hopes that he and Prost will some day become friends again.

I think we should check and see if that shrink has room for another patient.

Perhaps Luca de Ferrari Guy had to see a shrink to assuage his guilt feelings for all the backroom deals and skullduggery it took to "win" the championship for his Favourite Son?

Nah.

Liz’ and BBKings posts terrified me. I have a friend who is psychiatrist, other three of them are medics (one is cardiologist) and I also know a priest! I’m gonna die...... And what’s worse, a former classmate is a lawyer! I’m gonna die, IN JAIL!!! I’m doomed.

Hi, Mr Rot...ron...whatever...i am Luca's friend...the Psy'rist...

*flips through Ron's files...coughs*

Ron, from your interview with ITV-f1.com, i get the impression that your grouchy and sore attitude and your belief that the whole world is up conspiring against you, is due to your humble start in GP team managing (a poor mechanic against rich team owners)...also resulting in your initial inferior complex. It caused you to be aggressive and suspicious to the world, and thus to hide the inferior complex, you pretended to be superior which is disgusting at times, but absolutely neccessary for you to survive.

*flips to the next page, and scaned the computer data*

Hmmm...it seems like you always believe that you are the most innocent and beautiful man on earth... but bar GOD, who see all his children as beautiful... few other mortals do. You, shy? hehhh...Oops, pardon me.

*picked a thick book from the rosewood shelf and flips a few pages*

And yes, stress and work might help to explain your illness, and the book of cures suggest that to get rid of your mood swings and sour character, you should learn to adapt to the idea of losing to your opponent. It would prove helpful as the Ferrari and William teams seem likely to beat your team again next year.

*closes book and looks gingerly at Ron*

You poor boy, life must be hard on you. But do not worry, take your changes slow. First, try to perk up your boring team management. They are losing motivation, and thus perform badly. Second... bar your drivers from openly blasting your team if you wish to have any motivation in the factory department.

That should do you well for the next few days until your next appointment.

*press intercom button*

Erm Nurse, please escort Ron out and arrange for the next appointment. And for the medications... Prozac and a smile daily.
