P38 in workshop has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
unfortunate date clash in the UK

I just had confirmation that the coming weekend sees the London Classic Car show clashing with the Race Retro show at Stoneleigh.Curiously, neither of the promotional emails I received gives the actual price of the admission tickets. Why do I suspect that following the links they provide will lead me to a site where a price is given-and it won't be cheap-and then some organisation slaps on a "booking fee"?

I have decided to avoid any form of bias and stay at home instead. If in future they tell me what it will cost I might adopt a different policy.

Stoneleigh is 20 minutes away so a no brainer.

Race Retro advance booked tickets are £ 23 each per adult plus £ 1.95 per transaction booking fee. Prices found within one click from their website. On the door prices are harder to find.

completely irrelevant but every time i see this thread title i think of the fact that almost half of the biggest two uk motorsport events, british gt and btcc, clash this season.

It is designed to clash I think you will find, been the case ever since the London show started. Stupid idea, but these things tend to happen for reasons only cretins can understand.

Its probably asking too much for show organisers to sit down and talk to each other otherwise the potential audience is immediately reduced by a significant proportion - or to do a deal and bring both shows under one roof.

Exactly andrew, so damned stupid, but it seems to happen everywhere in all business.

I have lived in my area for nearly 5 years, one barbers, now there are four almost next to each other, it defied belief and you know that soon 2 or 3 will be closed!
