Lydden Sept 23rd
Come on then everyone it is just over a week till the ROC event at Lydden, and looking at the preview on the website it should be a cracking event!
Looks like the ROC is on the up, with what looks like a better supported entry than the BRC event their in August, with 17 Super National cars and around 11 Supercars. So who is going? Racing or watching? Should be a good event! Here hopes Jamie Bird gets his first win! |

The preview is here:
http://www.rallycrossopen.com/news/n...illopenrd4.php And yes it is on the Sunday afternoon. Don't forget that the gap on the A2 is closed so if you're coming from the London direction you'll need to go down to the lights and turn around (2nd set of lights is the official line - far easier to turn around there, especially if you're towing). |

Im not doubting at all!
Just heard that names such as Jordan, Carneigie and Doran were not competing so wondered what names were making up the numbers. Good list though compared to past events |

OK. Lets get our heads into gear. Predictions, who has the bottle to predict an event that most certainly is not a foregone conclusion, lets have Lydden PREDICTIONS or is this event too open too call!!.

Not sure it is as open as you say. Subject to there being no more technical problems than usual then realy only 3 potential winners

The Supercars because of their sophistication are more likely to have a higher attrition rate (technical problems)than the other classes. It has always been like that. I just think the 3 mentioned have the fastest equipent and will win if it does not break. However if they do break it gives everybody else a chance as we have already seen this year. Even the best prepared cars have broken this year.
