I had a call from Jo last night telling me that they now have Proban overals in stock so please ring for details and prices. There will be an advert for them in the next issue of Trackside so keep your eyes peeled for that one.

Once again thanks to Jo for supporting marshals.

I myself totally understand the need for good waterproof clothing I ride a motorcycle all year round and finding good stuff is a major problem.

With that in mind if you go to our site www.sterling-safety.co.uk and type in flexothane in the search bar it will bring up a range of totally waterproof, breathable and almost indistructable clothing, some of which is also flame retardant, which i'm sure is a requirement for marshalls.

As a gesture of good will, you can order direct from the site using your credit card and if you type in the code FREEDEL when you order it will give you free delivery to anywhere in the country.

You will come across the coupon entry point as you go through the payment stage.

Should anyone like to contact me direct for further information on our products please don't hesitate to contact me on 07973 967806.

Flexothane has to be tried to be believed, as the name suggests its very flexible and is not effected by the cold (going stiff ) like some other waterproof products.

For what it's worth, I think you lads do a great job but I wouldn't do it for all the tea in China

Cheers

Spoke with Bob Sketchly at the GP yesterday, and his boss who owns EBC brakes is very annoyed at the who are defacing the EBC stickers around the circuit, changing the 'brakes' to 'bras', with the threat of withdrawing the offer of 1/2 price brakes to marshals. A one off might have been funny but it seems as if an effort is being made to amend them all. So if it's you, please stop it. If you know who has been doing it, please ask them to stop doing it. It would be such a shame to lose this and it could prejudice any future offers!

I've also taken advantage of the EBC Brake deal. Saved myself a lot of money, and having looked at the state of the old rear pads that I took off it may well have saved me!

Thanks goes to EBC.

Free pair of rigger boots available, size 10.
Last winter I bought a pair of rigger boots and a pair of ordinary boots.
The boots are so comfortable that I have never worn the rigger boots and they are just sitting in a cupboard.
So I've decided to give them away. If any body wants them (they are brown with steel toe caps) I shall be at Silverstone this weekend, Goodwood the weekend after and Silverstone 24hrs the following weekend.

I've just taken advantage of the EBC Brakes deal and purchased some Green Stuff pads for my car. Ordered and delivered within 24 hours.

Big thanks goes to EBC Brakes and to Bob Sketchley.
