Peter J Horsman should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Patrick Quiniou RIP

Sadly, Patrick has passed away aged 65. He was a great enthusiast of historic motor sport. Reported as follows,

My sincere condolences to Carole, Louis and Michel.
Patrick and Michel were old school historic racers and the world is a poorer place for their stopping racing and Patrick's demise.
RIP Patrick.

Thank you for your kind words. My father always had a soft spot for the Brits' and a good beer with the drivers and teams in the paddock, I hope he will be remembered for that.

I did post on t break about Patrick helping me when I first went to Pau. More recently I had a young friend brake down in France. Quick message on FB and Patrick was soon on the phone to the repairing garage translating messages back to my friend.
Top top bloke. RIP.

Very sad and way too soon. I met the charming Patrick very briefly at Brands many years ago. RIP

I'll transfer this to Tributes in due course, but it's right to leave it in here for now.

(now transferred - JT)
