It seems like back when I first starting watching LeMans24 Hindy did 20hrs of the race on RLM and now he doesn't do much at all. Guess we're all getting older.

Last year I complained about the signal of RLM, this year though I must say the signal was very much OK.
Thanks RLM, I enjoyed listening to you.

RLM was fantastic this year, it was a tough race to cover but they did it in very professional manor. Hat's off to the whole team.

An excellent job from RLM, especially under the difficult circumstances of the race.

One thing we commented on whilst sat listening in the campsite, was the switch from the old "music radio station" format they used to do when there was no racing, to now playing pre-recorded features which sometimes were repeated.

RLM was as usual at a very high standard and the way they conducted themselves with the news was to be commended, the interviews at the end must have been very difficult for all involved

RLM were outstanding again, even more so given the circumstances in the first ten minutes of the race. I was involved (on the periphery) of a British GT teams' efforts and we'd met and seen quite a bit of Allan Simonsen in the British GTs. He will be sadly missed by a lot of people, as he seemed to be racing almost every weekend possible.

I'll echo the thoughts about programming, whilst I understand that it is a commercial venture, a bit more live interaction with the fans could be good and might actually dissuade some from too much Mad Friday beer action..

I would like to extend my congratulations to the whole RLM team on how well they dealt with the whole issue of Allan's accident and eventual death, they were very professional about it all and it's not often that you see such conduct in the press these days.

On a more positive note about RLM this year, I actually got to talk to Hindy and shake his hand right after the Nissan presentation in the village on Friday.

Must thank RLM again for all their work, I thought the team handled the very difficult news extremely well even though you could tell it was incredibly tough for all of them to process themselves, let along keep commentating and explain it to us.

A big thank you to Radio Le Mans for this weekend, great coverage of the whole event, eventhough some Book reviews did come in a bad time (2 hours before the end)

A big thank you to RLM too for the support shown towards Allan Simonsen.

Haha I wondered when someone would mention that!

Trussers' reaction afterwards was priceless. "It's very nice to have Julia here but there is some racing going on".

I love Hindy as much as the next endurance fan, but Paul Trusswell is equal to him in my affections.

I think it was Simmi (?) who said Trussers is the glue who keeps it together. Great way to put it. You need the enthusiasm of your Hindhaughs and Rollers but you also need that calm and careful analysis of Trusswell, who I could probably listen to for hours on end analysing my breakfast.

Trussers round-up at the end, although not delivered through a veil of tears like the others, was just as emotional for me.

Clearly Nissans support of RLM meant there were far less ad breaks which was really good. I spent more time listening as a result

I hugely enjoyed the coverage as I always do, albeit in rather more difficult circumstances. I also thought the signal was stronger this year, particularly out at Mulsanne Corner, where it sometimes gets lost amongst the pylons.... Great work by my pal Trussers, as always....

Through all the love for Hindy and Trussers, I'd like to add that I thought Johnny Palmer and Paul Tarsey have grown into an excellent pairing. Both are calm but add much to the experience.

I also thought Jim Roller and Sam Collins were very good together, but then I could listen to Sam Collins talk about the engineering behind the cars for the entire week.

Was it my imagination or did Hindy commentate less this year? Not sure if that was planned or due to the circumstances.

I think he cut his first stint slightly short after announcing Allan's death, and the didn't commentate on the end. But other than that it was roughly the same as last year, alternating between Hindy - Jim and Sam - Johnny and Paul.
