Anyone going to Three Rivers Next Weekend?
Are you going to the ALMS/Trans Am/Speed World Challenge races in Three Rivers next weekend? Have you ever been there before? Did you see Gilles race there in Atlantics? |

Dan, I'll do that! I have never met Jacques Sr. -- he was supposed to be at the Hall of Fame banquet this year but had snowmobile racing to do. Does he look anything like his brother?

This may be a stupid question Liz but are you going to Three Rivers?(I don't speak French) I only ever saw Gilles at Mosport in fact he let me hang out with him and his crew (two guys) one weekend when he drove in the Atlantic series. I basically was a pusher, push the car here, push the car there etc. He was the bravest driver I ever saw.He will always be my hero.

Yes, I'm going to Three Rivers, tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m. and driving up.
I agree with you David; my friend Murph and I refer to him as St. Gilles and we mean it in the most reverent way. He is our hero too. |
