KC should be qualifying in the top 5 on the gridKC should be qualifying in the top 5 on the grid
I found these specifications for the new DTM in the latest issue of Road & Track...

Two door coupe with minimum 10,000 unit per year homologation
Racecars must use original steel body with added carbon fiber aero package and wheel arch extensions.
Overall length to be within 170.0 inch and 185.0 inch.
Minimum weight 2315 pounds.
Engine: 4.0 liter production derived 90 degree V8 block. Minimum weight of engine 364 pounds. Engine sealed for season, only one spare allowed per race. Use of spare engine negates qualifying effort for that race.
Chassis: tubular steel spaceframe.
