Depends which season, but according to Trulli, they were too conservative with their race strategy and never went for the racey option, even when they could afford to be. So I doubt Webber could have done it

Eventually the team didn't made it to the grid.

Jordi Gene was the one who was supposed to drive it. It was an update of the previous season’s Andrea Moda, with help from Simtek who originally designed the car(which was based on the original BMW Simtek design). Apparently the Bravo did travel to the first GP, but of course didn’t race

Does anyone remember that Jackie Stewart was initially supposed to move to Ferrari in 68?

I know he was offered, but not sure it was ever supposed to happen. Everything he did with Ken Tyrrell was done by handshake anyway

Ferrari made an offer for him in 1971 too.
Also Jim Clark was a target for Ferrari, but he turned down the offer.
It seems british superstars weren't so keen on Ferrari.
Moss,Clark,Stewart all said no.

I remember that Jackie wanted too much money, and eventually Enzo Ferrari annihilated the contract and signed Jacky Ickx instead of him.
