SPARK Msport should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Yvan Muller *2003 BTCC CHAMPION*

Just thought i'd say well done Yvan, a true champion this year. I know that many of us including myself put him down after the Reidy crash at Brands, but a true champion has come out of it.

VX Racing has done a great job this year, and lets hope that Paul can make it a VX Racing 1, 2, 3 in the championship

oh well, Paul didnt make it a Vauxhall 1, 2, 3 but it was a great race! Shame for Tommo thought the two champions were going to battle it out for the last race...lets hope Yvan and Tommo are back for more next year

Can't take it away from Yvan this year, apart from Brands Race 2 this year every race he has finished has been on the podium. And that is what makes a champion.

Not only Yvan but Vauxhall as well. Shows that experience counts. I know they havent dominated this year like before but they finished 1st 2nd and almost third!! Great racing now in touring cars now. I thought that once they banned super tourers that was going to be it!!

And why did he not finish on the podium at Brands in race 2?
Because Anthony Reid took him out. I think Muller was quite restrained when he 'ruffled Reid's collar'. Most in his position would have hit Reid.

I was a little worried because after he got out of his car, after the first race, in his excitement he launched himself at his pit crew.........

However, they caught him and he made it out for the second race.

Well done yvan, i would rather see a new champ than a retaining champ because it makes for better racing

Should be going to see Yvan Muller compete in at least one of the Andros Ice Races. But I have heard a 'rumour' that Yvan may compete in the Australian V8 series next year.

I heard that rumour several weeks ago from the Australian end. However the same source suggests that this is now unlikely to happen and Yvan will stay in the UK. Let's hope so!
