I'm guessin it's more of a pickups being moved by the impact or hitting the curbing too hard and not as much destruction as that Belmoundo (spelling?) LMP2 tire blowout.

Reportedly Jörg Bergmeister had a "brain fade" - forgot to pay attention on driving while looking down on the fuel gauges and stuff.

Spelling is "Belmondo" :P

Opposite end to us.
We were above Saleen (just to the left of Audi).
Very good view.

Great report, but more than 60 characters per line makes it hard to read. Maybe you should rethink your layout. Take a book or newspaper for example, 60 characters per line is a good rule of thumb. Thanks anyway

Did I win the overall prediction poll?
Correct order of marques (wrong numbers ) but correct number of laps!

cg7aa should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
So, this time last week we were feeling the hot sun and things were beginning to draw to a close, thoughts were already moving onto 2007. This year was probably our (my brother and I) best Le Mans experience, I can't nail down the exact reason but somehow it felt more enjoyable. Perhaps its because we flew there instead of spending 10 hours on a coach travelling so we were not tired when we got there and secondly because of the views we had from our grandstand. Can't wait for 2007.

Some of my pictures from this year can be found in the link below. Enjoy.

The item has now been removed. Was it the 2006 camping ticket?

Found it this time, must have typed the number in wrong.

Washed the car at the weekend, should have left the dirt were it was, value of car would have doubled.

Wonderful. That is what makes Le Mans so special and it is great to know that some of the drivers feel the same as us fans.

It was a blog about this years Le Mans by Stefan Johansson.
I have had a quick google search but I can't find it at the moment.
Seemed to be on his on homepage ... ?
