As we all now know it's closed doors. Couple of weeks 'early.'

Great entries up on the website and it will be shown live through the 'historic motorsport tv' channel through you tube.

Interesting build dates for the GT40 race
Should be backed by Gelscoe
Luckily all those superhuman elite drivers are back from Germany, US and Monaco!
Best of luck!

Without doubt the Amon race cars are the most representative of those actually racing in period.
They were new then and new now!

Well done to our Will Nuthall for his win after a commanding lead in his race for old GP cars.

Will N excellent drive Pity Miles stopped early as two of them in a different class.
The commentary got progressively worse but it could have been me getting more annoyed
They obviously know about six cars and talk repeatedly about those!
The Lotus 15 in fourth was driven by two decent drivers one of whom is a contemporary very quick Le Mans driver and the other that’s probably won 50 races in the past ten years! A Cooper Monaco has a 2 litre engine . Same as the 15
How many of those Listers are the newly built?
Suppose we should be lucky to get the coverage!

Woke up to a nice sunny morning . Jolly cold in the truck both nights . As we have a Lola MK1 in the Delta stable I was very sorry to see the wreckage of sister car . 1st rear engine junior race was under safety car for a few laps at the start . We had a great result with our young charger in Brabham . Both FJ grids combined today . Very empty atmosphere but hey we are back motor racing .

Is that the same young Brabham charger that went very well in Lotus 15 and will annoy lots of people in his old mans Ulster this morning?
His start in the 15 was brilliant!

Never heard about a GN Parker but looks very fast. The Morgan riders/drivers are brave. Not a surprise to see no Bentley on the podium, Mr JR?
Enjoyed this prewar race, all drivers doing the maximum and sometimes more!

Why put a GN Special in race baffles me.
The rest could be bought as road cars in 20/30’s
It’s a VSCC special and MRL have seen fit to put it in a class of one
Must be mate of DW!
The Talbot stopped when a stone went through radiator.
Onto Thruxton , Silverstone and Spa.
Pity LMC is off as that is by far the most important race for these cars
The MRL race series was originally put together for cars that are eligible for HTP’s
Most of cars in today’s race still conform.

My guess it was there because the owner had 2 other cars there and the Parker filled a space on the grid, it is used as a road car though and would have rather had it Curborough yesterday.

No but his Dad did a great job. For everyone info "Ed", Richards dad buzzed the engine and he had to change a broken rocker. Luckily we found the broken parts in top of engine and with a few muinits spare Ed got out into the race and won !!! his class. Funny how my Delta mind works as I was just as pleased for Ed's result as Richard's winning both the FJ races.
Team Delta had a perfect weekend but as we all know that can change. Ha Ha. Happy Monday.
