There are too many want to be experts both here and in the comentary. If you youtube lowndes Bargwanna in the very first frame you will see in the background that lowndes made the first attack. If you look on the far right of screen lowndes ran Bargs off the track and thats why he fired back at lowndes. It seems to be missed by everyone including Skaife Perhaps crompo picked it up as he was a little more diplomatic that Skaife however he wasn't going to debate it with a fired up Skaife.
