Robin Plummer should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
British Rally X In 2005

Will the move in 2005 for supercar class to 45mm turbo restrictors and FIA weight limits mean that a) European spec cars will enter races in the British series and b)a good chance that a European round will be held in the UK?

I certainly hope that some European guys will come across and do some rounds of our series and that we'll finally get a round of the ERC back.

The only way it will happen though is if Britain has some representation in Europe. By forcing the drivers to run ERC spec machinery, hopefully the likes of Doran, Gollop and McCluskey will contest some Euro rounds. These three drivers have all expressed an interest in doing this.

The British Rallycross GP later in the year should be a good chance to show the rest of Europe what this country has to offer.

I think the adoption of euro regs would be great for gp as it was the problem last year getting drivers from europe.

Yes, i agree with stevie A more british / irish drivers that do erxc will encourage the europeans to take an chance at the british champ, or even encorage an british track into the erxc maybe?

Not just in Div1 we need drivers doing Euro rounds, Div 2 and Div1A as well if we are to get Euro round back.
