Well, no guys, Le Mans - Bugatti is not in the game, not because it's boring (Silverstone is way way more boring, so why didn't they include Brands instead), but because Papy didn't have the rights for LeMans (remember the game from Infogrames? Yes, Infogrames had the rights for LM), so, instead, they included Rouen.

Interesting, that's the first time I've heard that Gil. But I'm sure you're right. Same as they couldn't use the names "Cooper" or "Honda" (but we can..... ).
I also agree about Silver - Brands 67 is such a great track. |

I love Cadwell (one of my favourites, not least as I vaguely remember seeing some tuscans, saloons, etc race there in the beggining of the 90s (and when eurosport covered real motorsport)), but i like brands as well (no Papy's silverstone is just boring (ok, bring me a lotus 79 in the "real" silverstone and you might get a different opinion ).

Buenos Aires? The long great track, that was used in the '50s.
Aintree? I bet there's Bremgarten. |

I forgot Schottenring and Sachsenring. I wanted Solitude but couldn't find it to download.
I can do OK in a race now at AVUS 59, Bloodbath (all about set up those two), Le Mans - love that lap, and improving at Monaco. |

Um, looking at the list of grand prix hosting circuits from 1950 - 1970, I can only find Pedrables, Casablanca, Monsanto, Zeltweg airfield, Jarama, and Montjuich Park that aren't available. Jarama and Montjuich are both being made.

Oh no, I am forever to be a novice at this aren't I? Right I am going to go to the Ring and see if I can go a full lap without the computer crashing.

I think the problem's your end - I've never had a pc crash at the Ring (or most other circuits either).

Me neither. Like Ayse says it must be a problem on your computers.

Well my computer struggles to play it anyway, because the game is so old.

The fact its old should mean your newer PC plays it with ease.

Not true Luke - GPL runs just dandy on my XP Pro. You don't need W98 for it to run well.
