All I am saying is look at the consistency of times rather than 1 fast lap...

WOW, so much trivia.

Just football , he had thirty five possesions. ( AFL) yet only 10 were effective in gaining a score.

He had fifteen hit ups , eight tackles , three tries, yet they still lost.

So, if a two car team enters and wants to do a Moff, then perhaps they should get the four best drivers, stagger the refuleing, and make a bloody good effort, but due to the race being a part of the Championship, this will not happen.

Just imagine, Seto kicks butt and beats the the boss home. Seto 1st, boss 4th. no one two there. Mr Aloof (GT) and cant win a race Rk being beaten by the number two, come on.

If Graig and Jamie were beaten by the Euro's would it be the same?

No, take this event out of the V8SC control, back to a full grid, and race for the honour of being king of the Mountain.

Hmmm , 31 then 30 , then 29 then whats left.

Just imagine if Brighty pulled it off.

It would have been interesting to see how Ambrose would have performed in the Jeldwen car.

No, but my point is , Whislt this race is part of the championship, the norm is fo rthe number two's to bring it home behind the points leaders. Thus denying the fans of a true race for King of Mountain.

I just watched a replay of the race and picked up Matthew White's commentary on lap 153, out of the chase approaching pit straight, referring to Steven Johnson......"and he's not afraid to go deep on Lowndes either!"......sounds a bit rude methinks!

I don't quite understand what you're getting at.

I can assure you, if Allan or Richard could have won the race they would have.

They were beaten by a faster pair of drivers on a better strategy.

More dreaming here

Who does he think he's kidding?

Back earlier in this thread in that chart the 2 drivers of the Irwin Tools powerhouse set the 49th and 50th fastest laps of the race.

Out of 62 blokes, when 4 of them didnt get a steer.. and the boss (ol' brighty) did a fastest lap 1.6s quicker than the slowpokes in the sister unit.

Excellent. Competitive. I bet the 300C waggon went quicker.
