Ares should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
It was a shame not to see the race playout in full. The rear ending from Waters seemed a little unnecessary, especially so early into the race. Waters needs to give himself a bit of a reset, or have someone give him a reset. Probably the latter would be more beneficial. I know these new cars are not easy to see out of, but Payne should of really seen where Waters had gone. It would have been interesting to see if the Fords could have stayed out front of the RBs.

To finish first, first you must finish.

Rolly, should drop the title trophy in at the engravers, and say I let you know which drivers name to put on it later in the year!

Not convinced that Waters rear-ended deliberately - he said that Payne checked up early and it looked like he might be right, but for sure it was a close call between those two causes.

Shame that we didn't get them racing on further, was looking pretty lively at the front until that all went upside down.

You could be right, something didn't look right there. I think there was more than just one hit? could explain the slower speed from Payne? It is what it is.

Congrats to Nick and the team. Fire the TV guy, why are we getting multi replays of the start where nothing happened when we have action on the track?
What do they think people want to see "for **** sake".

Interesting last race, Congrats to Nick, different manufacturer that agrees with him.

Lots of bump and grind.

Be good if Mark Rushbrook would address the constant friendly fire taking out leading Fords instead of whingeing to Supercars about parity.

Nice work Mr Percat.

Another bad day at the office for ADP!

Ford, fecked on race day by another blue oval!

Could somebody please lodge a missing person report with Victoria Police, for Andre Heimgartner?

Oooh seems Bruce Stewart might have reacted badly to Nick's slap and had a go in the pits..

Not good look for such a senior staff member.

Allegedly

Story Here

Perhaps WAU taking the Truck Assist commercial partnership in the off season might be in there somewhere too…

One of the two people mentioned is a bigger unit than the other.. so someone or both was game…

Given it happened apparently in the MSR pit, WAU would be ballsy to try to complain about it...

Good on Nick letting his driving do the talking.

Wood has never won a championship in any series, and I am really not sure main game Supercars is going to break that streak.

The sponsor of quasi-Team Kiwi would've been smart to offer free shipping to New Zealand as well, which is where both their drivers come from, rather than alienate them
