New to Car Tyre - help

Hi,

I have a question about tyre pressure.

I have got Holden Harina(`90), and the dealer is giving me the tyre size P165 R13 (the standard recommended tyre from the Owner's HandBook is writen P155/70R13.

What is the right tyre pressure for the one I have got(P165 R13)?

Is it supposed to be 200Kpa?

The reason I asked is because my car feels abit heavy. I just wonder if the tyre is too flat.

Thanks

Regards,
Kromo
