Mario's birthday....

I saw on the f3000.com website, that it was Mario Haberfeld's birthday... so i send him an e-mail to wish him well... He replies with an e-mail back:

Hi Bart,
Thanks but my birthday is on the 25th of january. They must have it wrong on that web site.
Talk to you soon,
All the best,
Mario

... Did I feel stupid

That was nice of him to write back. Bruno Junqueira used to do things like that, back in the days of course.

Bart

Don't feel so bad - I like to think of myself as one of his biggest fans having worked with him when he raced for Stewart Racing in British F3. I have it down as May also.

I wonder if Andy Miller sent him a birthday wish too? Perhaps Mario is like a queen and has two birthdays?

Hmmmmm, perhaps likening him to a queen might not go down too well Sorry about the term 'go down' too, just realised what I had written!

I thought that the term Queen was spot-on?

Extra Rib: I have met him on numerous times and he was always a pleasure to watch mincing around the paddock.
