ok guys for those of us unlucky enough not to be at Indy right now , heres the thread to chat away in during the event (Hopefully there is enough people lingering around to join in.

 A good, clean race with lots off battles and a Dan Wheldon win would be the best birthday pressie I could hope for

Has anyone got a working website for the Indy 500 other than http://www.indy500.com/ and http://www.indyracingleague.com/ neither of which I can get working

It's live on Anerican Broadcasting Company (ABC) free tv here as it has been feor years

Their both doing the same thing right now (radio and tv) in the interviewing of drivers....can you imagine this in F1 less than an hour before the race?????

Im not sure what broadcast my free to air one will take , but my cable one is through ESPN International , which has been poor so far but the month of may has been greatly improved so im hoping its good for the race

Richie hearn did 33 laps on Carburetor day (Thursday)....nearly a quarter race distance on the car already before the race starts. He was lacking on track time as he was recruited at the last minute to wqualify the car
