Neither has Switzerland or Germany, but DTM moved their test from Monza back to Hockenheim, next week's Enforce Tac/IWA outdoor and armed forces/law enforcement gear show has been postponed, and the Geneva Motorshow has been canceled.

Annoying, the corona virus is effecting regional economies already, but better safe than sorry, especially as even though the disease usually isn't serious unless one has a compromised immune system (which includes older folks and the very young), the mechanism on how it's spread isn't entirely understood.

If that and a few other details of this disease (beyond the fact that it seems to be a relative of the original SARS virus), then it can be managed without such measures perhaps. But a lot of that is an unknown right now.

Maybe you are right about level. But this year's field is stronger than last season, when we have 3-4 real contenders. In addition to this Ferrari upgraded their car and AF Corse have two fast racers. Perhaps, there will be Lazarus' Bentleys.

Jesus Pareja (Endurance-Info):
“At the moment we have no particular fear about the trays, even if the programs of either team or some drivers can of course change. On the contrary, in recent weeks, there have been returns and new requests that were not planned for the advent of the Covid-19 crisis. At this point, we can predict an average of 24-25 cars per event in GT Open and 16-18 in GT Cup, and it's not over."

10 crews confirmed on full schedule

I guess, there will be more additions: 2x Lazarus, Vincenzo Sospiri Racing, 2x Antonelli Motorsport, 2x or 3x by Olimp Racing, Sports and you and maybe 2x Raton Racing

In total: 19-20 full-season cars at the best

The list above doesn’t remotely cover the entries so far.

Anyway, just announced-

Optimum Motorsport- Mclaren 720s GT3 - James Pickford / Nick Moss

Imperiale Team Refuses to perform outside of Italy in order not to harm the main business of Imperiale Group. This is tuning and maintenance, usually of Lamborghini models. The team will focus on the Italian GT Championship, which starts next week.

This means that grid loses two entries and one of the key players in the Pro standings.

Hmm, I wouldn’t say key player, but a shame to see them go for now

We learned this ex post facto. But he tested with Lazarus before announcement about TMM programme. So why he didn't signed with Lazarus earlier? In my opinion, it seems like he hadn't opportunity to sign with Pagiaro's team and signed with TMM, but then he terminated the agreement for unknown reasons.

You are partly right. But I have few corrections:
1. Onslow-Cole announced his program with Pierburg.
It doesn't include GT Open.
2. Imperiale Racing restricted their racing programs to Italian borders.
3. Antonelli Motorsport announces full-season program for Russian duo of Nesov and Moiseev and one part-time crew.
4. I didn't hear anything about Attempto Racing…

Team Lazarus signed Stefani Coletti, who completed few testing sessions early this year. Monegasque returns to racing after 2 years of hiatus. He becomes 2nd italian team's driver and joins Fabrizio Crestani. They may be joined by Thomas Biagi and Jack Butel.

Yup, heres that list, decent split between classes.

PRO is going to be a tight fight, Teo have good history, Yoluc will be looking to return to the series in a strong way, you can never discount Abril in the AF Corse, just dependant on how his young team mate fairs, and those Bentleys should be strong but are a new proposition to Lazarus so might take a little getting used to.

Expect to see some standout performances from Khodair again in qualifying to shake it with the PRO cars, The same can be said for Bastian at HTP, perhaps Schiller in the Getspeed car, and maybe even Millroy at Optimium.

In terms of race pace in PRO AM, I reckon itll be a toss up between Teo, HTP and maybe Getspeed. The Optimum cars will be very well run but their four drivers are very new to GT3 having meant to be campaigning British GT in GT4s this year until COVID happened.

AM should be interesting too, Miro at ARC has strong form, but that young russian duo at AKM (Antonelli) should be ones to watch

GT Open 2020 - 19 Cars Total

PRO CLASS - 6 Cars

AF Corse - Ferrari 488 GT3 - Louis Prette / Vincent Abril
Team Lazarus - Bentley Continental GT3 - Fabrizio Crestani / TBA
Team Lazarus - Bentley Continental GT3 - Stefano Coletti / TBA
Teo Martin Motorsport - Mclaren 720s GT3 - Henrique Chaves / Miguel Ramos
Teo Martin Motorsport - Mclaren 720s GT3 - Christian Hahn / TBA
TF Sport - Aston Martin Vantage GT3 - Salih Yoluc / Charlie Eastwood

PRO-AM CLASS - 7 Cars

GetSpeed Performance - Mercedes AMG GT3 - Fabian Schiller / ‘Max’
HTP-Windward Motorsport Mercedes AMG GT3 - Markus Sattler / Nico Bastian
JP Motorsport - Mercedes AMG GT3 - Patryk Krupinski / Christian Klien
Olimp Racing - Mercedes AMG GT3 - Mateuz Lisowski / Marcin Jedlinski
Optimum Motorsport - Mclaren 720s GT3 - Ollie Millroy / Brendan Iribe
Optimum Motorsport - Mclaren 720s GT3 - Nick Moss / James Pickford
Teo Martin Motorsport - Mclaren 720s GT3 - Marcelo Hahn / Allam Khodair

AM CLASS - 6 Cars

AF Corse - Ferrari 488 GT3 - Philippe Prette / Angelo Negro
AKM Motorsport - Mercedes AMG GT3 - Alexander Moiseev / Alexey Nesov
ARC Bratislava - Lamborghini Huracan GT3 - Miro Konopka
GetSpeed Performance - Mercedes AMG GT3 - Florian Scholze / Jens Liebhauser
Olimp Racing - Mercedes AMG GT3 - Stanislaw Jedlinski
TFT Racing - Porsche 911 GT3 R - Niki Leutwiler

Perhaps unsuprisingly no Attempto cars, and now SPS Automotive cars
