KB's Camaro certainly looked to have some brake issues! The entire front end of the car looked like it was about to disintergrate it was wobbling that bad!

It's just great to see these guys out there having a blast. The other additions that came in over the weekend, such as the Geoghan Super Falcon and the Camaro were nice surprises.

Wasn't DJ happy to be in the old nail again? He had a ball! She sounded the goods too.

Pity about the Camaro's brakes, that car is sex in blue paint, and KB looked as if he was giving her a slipper here and there...

and good to see Father out there punting the Phase III!

That's the car which Ford commandeered to replace 65E, which Moffat crashed at AIR in 1972 in Series Proddy... it did Bathurst 1972 in Moffat's hands, and was converted to Group C spec for AM for 1973, winning the ATCC that year. Given to Moffat (the only Phase III he owned), and sold in 1978. Bill Raper had it for a long while, and David Bowden bought it, and restored it.

Interestingly enough, it was a pre-production car, similar to the Calypso Green Phase IV.

On the telecast they said it was also the one that was 'borrowed' from A.I.R.

Yeah, at the ATCC round at AIR in 1973, it was stolen from BS Stilwell Ford in the wee small hours of Sunday morning... AM had to borrow Murray Carter's car and start off the back of the grid. The car was recovered a couple of days later, with a broken headlamp, some suspension damage, and a spare carb missing from inside... it did however have a note of apology from the thief...

I really was something, wasn't it? It looked like Dick and Jimmy were pressing-on, certainly much more so than anyone else!

Great to see the cars & drivers on the track, just a shame they spoilt the first batch with music over the top. Would have been great to hear more from the drivers also.

DJ is Great.
You can take the man out of the car but you can't take the Racer out of the man...

Maybe this was an impromptu fix for the weekend?
But a MAJOR TREAT for V8 Fans...

Dj and Jimmy Richards Pushed harder than aanyone else out there. not on the raggarded edge but still great to see.
Mabye DJ has a taste again and will line up in the Muscle Car Masters next season and have a crack and running against Jimmy Richards, that pair seemed to be pushing each other lap after lap.

The XD had something under the bonnet that Dick was very interested in

However, he did have a decent bash in the XE as others have said...
