I spoke to a Bentley employee this year at LM and apparently the decision on whether to run 2004 will be officially made in Sept/Oct. I expect the decision has already been made though.

i expect they'll pull out...although if it takes off i'd imagine the marketing value of the new le mans series with races in the uk, italy, iberia, etc...would be immense.

Members of the Bentley team are said to be hopefull of a return in 2004.
Sounds more like a privateer program, ala the Audi R8s in 2003. |

No, I'm not a professional driver, although I have raced before in various categories.
I was just fortunate enough to be a guest of Bentley this year... oh and i'm a motorsport (esp Le Mans) fanatic. PS: Thanks for the welcome. This is a great site! |
