March Clubnight

Our March Clubnight is on 19th March our guest speaker is John Surtees, John is an ex World Champion on both 2 and 4 wheels and needs no introduction as I`m sure most people know of his career in motorsport.

Looking already like we will have a very good turnout of people.

As normal the clubnight will be in the White Horse Pub in Silverstone village, the night will start at 6pm

A big thank you to John Surtees for agreeing to come along and also to Brian Halford for arranging this.

Another great evening, John was answering questions on what its like to ride the Isle of man TT course, how he got the Durex sponsorship, what his relationship was like with Enzo Ferrari, also his thoughts on current F1 & MotoGP.

Great to see so many people, as said above thanks to John for coming along, Brian Halford for arranging this, Ed McDonough for the slideshow backdrop, John Milosovic for bringing the car along & Jakob Ebray for taking photos.

Honoured to be guest, a fabulous evening, and John was just fantastic, raising as many laughs as any comedian while sharing his love of the sport with a motley collection of enthusiasts. An evening like that is the very essence of motor sport.

And even more amazing Clive bought me drink.
