Vee Centre/Formula Vee BBQ

I would like to thank all those from the Vee centre and their families for the wonderful BBQ that you laid on last night. It was a wonderful gesture and we greatly appreciate it.

Thank you and well done guys!

Great food, great beer, great company, what more do you need.

My thanks to the Formula Vee folk.

Thank you Formula Vee for the great BBQ and entertainment Saturday Night. Your race was also enjoyable to watch Note to ss_collins pits walls do hurt if you hit them.

The barbecue was excellent, Alan and I went home well and truly full. Many thanks to all who helped put it on.

I will try and go to a quiet post miles from the circuit next time so SS cannot try and hit me again.

I think it must have something to do with me being on the pit wall at some meetings, as when I waved the green flag for the formation lap at the MGCC at Silverstone at the start of the year, one of the cars decided to try and join me. Also on Sunday at Mallory an XJS got a bit close to the post for comfort at the centre of Gerrards, after going through the gravel. Showering me in gravel.

Don't worry fay, it wasn't your fault, it was mine!

Dozy bloke was waving at me (I was at woodcote gap) and lost concentration, put a wheel on the grass and you know the rest!!!
