[V8DVS10R02] Fujitsu Series @ Queensland Raceway
R1 is run and won, Mr Owen the fastest thing goin'
Will he keep the chair in #45 for the Queensland round? Will the team have other drivers they have found? Will it matter for nought if young Moffat is quick? Or will a racer like Dave Russell be out to impress Dick? Too much to see, but not much time to go. Lets all get excited and wait for the show |

Be interesting to see who turns up, Owen, Pedersen, McIntyre & Hamilton were all 1 round deals.
Will McGlaughlin (sp?) be behind the wheel of the Fujitsu car for this round? |

My Favourite 08 moment was when Courtney/Besnard comeback drive at Bathurst. Courtney raced through to dominate the opening stint had 15 sec. gap to Lowndes who was in 2nd. In the 2nd stint a slowly deflating tyre (originally diagnosed as a damaged anti-roll bar) slowed Besnard's stint in Courtney's car allowing Whincup to assert dominance over the field rest of the race. On lap 160 S.Richards, fading badly on rear tyres was unable to stop Courtney move into 3rd place.

So if Mr McConville is also scheduled to show up in Queensland aboard a WP VE as per MeN, I wonder where it is coming from? I understand that BJR is apparently in the process of knocking up a second new VE for the year, and that TDR has been looking to source a new VE from WP... is it one of these, run by the owners, for the debut in the development series?

McConville is to race at Winton & Townsville, perhaps he will drive HRT049 the Jay Motor Sport car that has been driven so far this year by Nick Percat with I believe some assistance from WP. Or perhaps a Greg Murphy Racing VE?

You have to look long and hard but with the aid of a compass, a map and a Sherpa guide, I found the entry list hiding in the official V8Supercar web site.
Try this: http://www.v8supercars.com.au/Portal...try%20List.pdf Is Owen Kelly really racing a VZ? I thought he was aboard one of the many spare Kelly Racing VEs. And McConville joins for Winton and Townsville, in a yet to be specified Walkinshaw VE. The car Ben Eggelston has tucked away perhaps? |

well the 2nd practice session has just ended
and Paul Morris has toped the session jack perkings is 2nd and moffat 3rd. steve owen is 8th, there is no skaife, maclaughlin was 5th |
