This Bathurst 1000 race sure seems to be an exercise in a bunch of cars driving around with not much happening so far! |

Was keenly looking at Randle’s times, unfortunately he did predominantly 8’s. Lost the Holdsworth car a tonne of time.
Shame, wonder if there was a problem? |

Certainly though the Holdsworth car pitted earlier and buried itself in the pack and seemingly wasn't able to progress from there. Had a small drama in the pits but not significant in the scheme of things. Both Tander and Caruso would seem to be the standouts. |

Race control are breaking out bon jovi at all points, singing "woah we're half way there!"
Best thing I've heard all day. |

Half way all green is pretty incredible. I would have lost money betting on it.

Lowndes relinquished the lead just as Skaife and Crompton were talking about how awesome he is.

WAU wildcard is getting faster and faster but 2 laps down now.
Kosteckis just trucking along too. I wonder if one of them wants to move to Sydney? |

Driver gave thumbs up. Pit lane chaos as many take advantage of to stop.

99 sounds like a lawnmower, what's the bet it doesn't get up the hill?
Wonder who this brings back into the frame? |

Looks like #55 and #97 lost several places because of late pitstop under yellow.
And Scotty is leading ;-) |

Seton and Ambrose both deserved to be up there too.
888 cars seem to get faster through the stints so it could get juicy. Just seems likely we will have another SC soon. EDIT: Will that bumper last 50 laps on 17? People have lost enduros over loose bodywork before. EDIT: This pace is epic. Green sectors all through the top 10. Last edited by Mixer; 13 Oct 2019 at 05:03. |

Boost are having an interesting day - entirely due to front uprights, no doubt.

Yeah wow all the top teams running together, they are going to have to double stack.... But they can get home from here?
Wow DJRTP and 888 in lockstep, seems 97 made a huge gain on 12 and Whincup jumped 17. Before the SC it was obvious Scotty isn't conserving or worrying about a championship, given that he could stay home for 2 races... I hate to bring it out but "its on for young and old!" |
