Veggie [V8SC10R11&12] Winton Motor Raceway

Some excitement in the air, as the challengers fight the champion.

An orange & silver Holden, a gold black and white Ford with the same DNA, a red & white factory mobile, a blue Falcon..

4 cars in contention for the title... 29 for the race. Well 28. (Exclude who you believe wont win..)

So who will win?

C.Lowndes might be hard to toss...

EBXR8 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Its On sprints Again Isn't It. If so, Courtney, Lowndes, The Giz Possible Tander and Holdsworth, However, JC is on a High so i expect his form to continue, with that said Whincup will also be in the mix with a point to prove that he is not rattled so i am tipping some panel damage for this one.

Will stone bros formula pay of again?, Can a yellow mobile creep up, with Voda not leve a car out for to long?

Or will it be a "Marathon around a Clothes Line"?

Whats the weather forecast?

Should be an interesting race.

is the standard wet the same compound as the control tyre with grooves added (or more accurately, removed)? interesting to know what the difference in times would be for a wet and a soft. hopefully it rains for some of the race so we can find out, and provide even more action

I'd love to see the Fujitsu boys on the podium - or at least one of them. I think D'Alberto might surprise a few as well.

I'd love to say SBR/Giz for the win, but I don't think their quite there yet.

Whincup, Tander and Courtney to fight over top spot. With, Van Gizbergen, Lowndes and Winterbottom to fight over the scraps.

Should be intersting as this is a power down track, so the soft tyre should really help the drive off the corners, and then go off much faster.

I think the wet is a different compound to the control dry. Much softer.

Why does everyone associate Winton with rain? I reckon there have been more wet Bathursts & Sandowns than wet Winton's but anyway.

You will need to pack your woolley's for the nights (sorry Wolloey - LOL), but the days look great, cold nights always normally mean a beautiful sunny day. This is typical weather for NE Vic for this time of the year.

If someone will pack me, I'll come! It'll still be warmer than here, so I'll be the one in a t-shirt!

So Owen Kelly showing Ricciardello how its done?

How can it be that a co-driver is faster than the main driver? Very perplexing!

Oh wait, its Ricciardello.
