hi Bryan, thanks for that. 21 cars built, what ever number did they start with if I have no. 32. it's good to know there's at least one other still about in circulation. I wonder where the others are? destroyed or hidden I guess.

It is believed that BT 38/40/41 all started at chassis number 11 , I have been advised by a chap that worked there at the time Bernie wished to annoy March by suggesting Brabhams had sold more cars than actual.

does that suggest that if they started at chassis no. 11 (sounds like Mr Ecclestone) and they made 21 cars, my number 32 was the last made? what engine was regularly used in them at that time?
currently mine has a Renault Gordini 1600cc

Do you mean 14S? That is the second car that Svensson had, built on a spare tub in 1975 as he didn't have a car to race that season, having sold his original BT41. Car has a genuine MRD plate which Ulf says the factory gave him.

Chassis BT41-18 was sold in Italy for Lella Lombardi.

BT41 in Denmark

Hi
can anyone help me with some info on what brakes this car was originally fitted with??
Abiout a month ago I met Ulf Svensson at a race in Falkenberg Sweden where I was racing my BT41 - a great car to drive.
And for your info my BT41 was driven by Lella Lombardi in 74 I think - I have a clipping somehwere.

Rgds Ole in Denmark.

Lella Lombardi at Knutstorp 1973

Hi Ole
Was your car the ex-Per Zetterström BT41, which Lella Lombardi drove in the Kvallposten news race at Knutstorp in 1973? In which case I think it may be chassis #21?
If it is, I would be very interested in seeing any clippings or photos you may have; I am writing Lella's authorised biography at the moment, and that is an under-reported event.
My email is jon.saltinstall@hotmail.com if that is easier for your reply.
Many thanks and kind regards.
Jon
