La Filiere
Ok, now i'm only basing this on the PS2 Le Mans game, but the La Filiere Courage C36 looks remarkebly like a Porsche 956/962 with the top cut off to make it an open prototype. Anyone know if this is acurate.

I don't know the technical details, racer, but I'm pretty sure that (unlike the K8) the Courage was not a chopped top Porsche. I've not actually compared pictures of the C36 and the K8s (or the 956/962 for that matter), but I certainly don't remember reading anything at all which suggested this.

I would tend to agree.
Although if I was a designer looking for idea's why not use a tried and tested winning shape. Something must have worked. Just look at F1, paint them all white and who could tell the difference !! SL |
