I assume that you have created a track on paint or some such.

Most photo software will allow you to change the size of the final image, overthe counter software such as photoshop etc, or even the software included with digital cameras should do the trick.

For posting on here as an attachment the image has to be 800x600 or smaller.

If you don't have the software use one of the image hosting sites such as imageshack.us and link the image into the thread you create.

If you use paint I'd save the image as a .jpeg/.jpg and then upload it to one of the free image hosting sites on this thread.

As for sites, what exactly do you mean?
Race Tracks of The World has a list with maps of all the tracks that have ever been used worldwide, if that's what you're looking for...

Lastly, I've merged two threads of yours. Can you try to keep all your questions to one thread please? Stops the forum becoming cluttered. Thanks.

It's a shame that racingcircuits.net is discontinued, though. At least, it isn't updated anymore.

Apparently someone has bought it, according to someone in another thread, but until it's updated, as far as I'm concerned, there's no owner

I suspect eTracks isn't updated anymore, either. Too bad, those were the best sources for track-related stuff.
