F360 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
1970's/80's Dino engined F2 cars

Hi one and all.
First of all, let me apologise if this topic has been covered in the past, I usually spend my time living in the "Sportscar and GT Racing" forums....

I am very interested to find out if there is any material available out there (specifically photos and books but additionally records, websites etc...) with any detail on the Ferrari engined Formula 2 cars from 1977/78 and the early 80's with Minardi.
I'm aware that Scuderia Everest and Trivellato ran cars thus powered but am considerably lost as to who had Ralt chassis, who had Chevron's (B40 or B42 ??) who drove and did the teams chop and change between marques ?
And there were Temporada races in South America ??!!

Any kind soul with detail and especially photos of any of these or the 80's Minardi Fly 281 and 281/B with Dino 206 power would rocket to the top of my christmas list !!!

Again, my apologies if any of this has been discussed before.
My thanks in advance for any assistance provided.

There's a lot of images of F2 cars on this site, though on a quick scan I couldn't see mention of the Ferrari engined cars. Probably warrants a closer look though.

OTOH the cars came out in 1977 and 78, without much success it must be said. Trivellato ran Chevrons both years, Everest ran RT1s in 77. Leoni won at Misano in 77 with a B40 Dino, but that result was always a bit 'suspect'... It never did anything anywhere else.

You're not suggesting it was a 2.4 litre version are you?
