JDMROB should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
If it's not Sutton who's it going to be then?

Be a lot of disappointed people if it isn't him and I think the team will only be fighting for the odd points finish if he isn't there.

I think it can only be Ash. BMR aren't silly enough to tease people this much to then announce a James Cole or Josh Price type driver (no disrespect) for example.

Always strongly assumed Ash Sutton would remain there. If it’s anything other than him it will have to be a big name and a big surprise and to be honest the only name that would spring to mind would be Alain Menu.

Part of me thinks that leaks and social media have already blown any surprises we may have had.

the only "surprise" since Matts tweet was Jason leaving BMR for PMR which was the least surprising surprise of a generation let alone the off season

...something is happening

Hasn’t Alain Menu been helping Aiden Moffat recently with driver coaching? I got the impression he wasn’t involved with BMR anymore

Slightly O/T, Brett Smith will race in the VW cup this season, so that’s good for him

Possibly. It was just the biggest name from outside that has had a previous association with BMR

I don't know who is in the second ExcelR8 car. I just know it has been filled. But I can't imagine it being a surprise.

So if we aren’t expecting the ExcelR8 drive to be a surprise have we had the ‘big Surprise’, I suppose the 2nd PMR seat could be a surprise still but thought we had something to rival the Blundell news?

It wouldn’t surprise me, I feel he has unfinished business in the series

In the new Kia super team with Jason Plato and Lewis Hamilton? Probably sponsored by Volvo.

I guess PMR's title sponsor and 2nd seat could still be a surprise...

(Just for laughs) Full Vauxhall backing with a throwback red and white livery. Plato to be joined by a 'Best of Vauxhall' rotation of drivers: Yvan Muller, Fabrizio Giovanardi, John Cleland, James Thompson, Vincent Radermecker, Jeff Allam, the ghost of David Leslie, one race where Matt Neal switches teams and for the last round Jeff Smith (with a loaned TBL from Tordoff) joins the team in his Vectra.

Didn’t tongues start wagging with Tom Onslow - Cole after he was sat in the Subaru at Autosport show? LOL

Awesome. We need a series backed guest entry car! Not sure if the late great David Leslies ghost would be allowed to partake - 'elf & safety would probably grumble...

I’m pretty certain the big surprise was Plato, like I’ve said before, outside of the internet, nobody would have suspected it.

I’d prepare for some disappointment if you’re expecting any more dramatic news.

And for John Cleland's turn in the Vauxhall Steve Soper will be gusting in a BMW. Got to be at Silverstone
