NHK explains why Hagibis is so dangerous.

ANA and JAL cancelled all Tokyo flights (dep or arr) on Saturday. Bullet train service between Tokyo and Nagoya is cancelled on Saturday.

I don't think F1 qualifying will happen this Saturday. Even Sunday morning is doubtful.
