World Endurance Championship - The Prologue
I thought with this two-day test kicking off tomorrow it might be good to group the conversation in here.

Here is the ENTRY LIST

Also the schedule:

Friday 28 March

09:00 - 13:00 Morning Session

14:00 - 18:00 Afternoon session

19:00 - 21:00 Night session

Saturday 29 March

09:00 - 13:00 Morning Session

13:15 - 13:45 Driver Autograph Session

14:00 - 17:00 Afternoon session



First major news story - Strakka Dome will not be at the test due to a 'late technical issue'.

Yes but what can the ACO really do if a team doesn't turn up? They aren't in a position to kick teams out.

Apart from the works teams - new prototype builds have struggled to make the test.

Oh those rebellions look gorgeous, much better to be back to their own livery. Was going to get mighty confusing if the two privateer cars both had Lotus badges on!

Hate to say it, but those are what Toyota prototypes should look like, in my head.

That's what I was thinking of. This reminds a lot the scheme of the former F1 Toyota and the TS010 of 1993.

Ragarding the lap times and top speed´s, what would be their figures???

My bet:

Audi: 3:24/3:26 - top speed 330 km/h

Toyota: 3:25/3:27 - top speed 335 km/h

Porsche: 3:28/3:30 - top speed 325 km/h

Good question. The WEC site says the live-timing will be available for races, but it doesn't precise anything about Paul Ricard session.
