I presume the pollster's school broke up for holiday earlier this week! An impressive feat from Lyons Junior

An incredible entry... that's got to be one of the biggest F5000 fields ever... even better than back in the day. I hope there's some TV coverage of the race... and that it gets on youTube or somewhere those of us in the Northern Hemisphere can see.

It's on telly here (now), pretty good coverage so I hope you get to see it. John Bowe is doing commentary and knows the history of most if not all of the cars, he has even driven some.

Race 2 was a bit more strung out than yesterdays, where they only had two real race laps, the rest under safety car. There was a bit of a dice at the front early on and a big spin on the grid that nearly took out half the field. Great to see so many historic* cars and hearing the history of the from JB.

Great stuff, unfortunate to see the damage to the cars and subsequent loss of racing laps. Davyboy happily we have been seeing fields near that level at other meetings. Also the races were shown on Ch10/OneHD so there is a good chance some may find its way online.
