Hybrid boost changed for Brands. Qualifying is unchanged with a max 15sec per lap boost. For the race it drops from 15 to 10 per lap. Top ten on number of non-hybrid laps is unchanged

I've seen posts from different people on different sites saying that Morgan still has no hybrid. Is that correct? Not a good look for hybrid seeing how far up he was running at Donington and in FP1 today.

Also not a good look that it's had 3 weeks to be fixed.

nobody had hybrid in fp1 as the timing beacon from tsl timing was playing up and the hybrid didnt reset going over the line

this from autosport;

But it became a moot point in the opening free practice session at Brands, because a timing beacon failure on the start-finish line meant that the hybrid reset function was not available to anyone and no one could use it.

all fine for the second practice everyone has hybrid

That's why I asked if it was true as that article wasn't up at the time I originally posted. One of the posts said Morgan was being interviewed at the circuit when he said he still didn't have hybrid. It did sound a bit weird to me but just like politicians people posting on social media do like to leave the context out of things.
