I'm not seeing a thread for one of my favorite races of the year. Mods, please move or delete if I'm in error / duplication. (I do see some discussion elsewhere, but certainly this deserves it's own thread?)

I've always been a big fan of the support races of this event, with one class called 'Aussie Race Cars'; I don't know what that is but I'm all in.

Re Aussie Race Cars, some info here. They will be a lot of fun at the Mountain 3 wide down the straight. Not to be missed.

Thx, E.B.! Looks like the old NASCAR Dash / Baby Grand Series. Just checked out a little bit of a race from Sydney last year. Should be fun on the Mountain!

Certainly will be. It will be a large grid and I said 3 wide but more likely 4. At about 230kph!

Chaz Mostert takes the pole in the last section of the final lap of fast 10 quali.

Hopefully, with only 20 cars entered, we'll have lots of green flag running tomorrow and record number of laps. Should be fun!

Well its just after 5:00 am here and im awake and raring to go. 5:15AM race start, and its foggy. I think it might be an SC led start due to the fog.

Coffee machine on, fridge stocked with beer, snacks ready. All set for the off.
