I really hope the new car brings them success. Hopefully they are able to run it themselves to unable them to showcase it to customers.

Don't care about it being beautiful.
I want the car to be fast, with a proper reliable engine.

I thought the 102.5 was a nice car, too bad the engine was a let down. There seems to be an increased interest in lmp1. Dome, Perrinn, Rebellion, Lotus/Kodewa, Hpd? Hopefully they all materialise and we have 7 or 8 different cars racing

And teams to run them!
Sadly, often the reason a LMP doesn't reach the track.

Do we even know which (reasonably competitive) customer engines will be available for the new regs?

Why not a "low rev" 1.6 V6 Turbo in a LMP1, forget the high rev F1 engines.
The new 1.6 V6 turbo is good for the new 2014 regs????
I don´t know but i think they do, with that fuel think regulations!!

Not sure on exact prices, but I would say the new engines would be expensive. And not designed for endurance. Maybe similarities to them but no f1 team is in endurance with a p1. Honda will be in 2015 but no word on lmp1 next year.

Next crop of F1 engines will have to last approximately LeMans race distance. 15,000 rpm and all. So there's that.

15,000rpm is wonderful, but practical for fuel efficiency? Thats my main doubt aside from price.

This picture posted on Dome's website is not great but appear to contain interesting information regarding the dimensions and engine location of the S102.5 (in yellow colour) compared to the Audi R18 (in red colour) and Toyota TS030 Hybrid (in blue colour):

Nice to see that the BHH are on the inside. Looks much better than the current BHH in my opinion.
