Well, it told me I am unemployable, which I kind of knew anyway. "We cannot suggest any categories".

It also said I like working with numbers which I definitely don't.

Hey-ho, back to obscurity then.

Of all the suggestions 'Accident Investigator' was the one that appealed to me the most and 'Stunt Performer' (I don't think it was a misprint) was the most unlikely!

On the subject of security I've have had 3 phone calls on my landline recently supposedly from Amazon inviting me to renew my prime membership by pressing 1 on the keypad. Needless to say I did not respond and instead contacted Amazon who confirmed that the calls were not from them. Just a heads up from me really as we do need to keep vigilant with these scammers.

I have trained the wife to hang up when a recorded female voice announces she is from Amarzon

I guess the girl from Amarzon wanted to speak with Mr Brrrauble!

Talking about new career we had fun looking at Indeed website, equivalent to The glass door. We found only one company involved in the preparation of historic racing cars more precisely Big H. Strange to read the comments of the former employees…

Amongst the many options it offered me, I got 'nail technician' and 'pilates teacher'!

Nail technician is a good job nowadays. You just need a hammer!

What I found on Indeed: "Great guys but stressed out boss, rude, shouts, swears, bully" and "Average mechanic lasts less than 2 weeks, a fabricator lasted 3 hours!" No, no its not Delta…

Guilty party here. Thanks for all your help MGDavid & Delta, it was very short notice but strike while the iron's hot as they say. It would be so much nicer to be fettling the car for a race rather than for sale

I got 'Emergency and uniform services' and 'teacher'.

Can't see me doing either of those.

Third suggestion was 'Travel and Tourism' which I like participating in but not necessarily arranging.

Anyway, does everybody remember that BBC series in 91 'the Power and the Glory'?

Well about a couple of months ago me and my brothers were helping my Mum clear out the attic and we found a box of old videos recorded off the telly and one of them has that series labelled on there and I started watching it a few days ago. Even nearly 30 years on, it's still a great watch

Your beta thingy test suggests an opportunity as Football referee! I dont care football and dont know the rules. I suggest everybody owns his own ball and that's it! Other choices are race horse trainer and bookmaker. What a farce!

On the topic of scams, got an email the other day allegedly from HM Courts and Tribunals, stating that I had used my (unspecified) vehicle in an area subject to a charge without paying that charge......usual guff about reduced charge if paid within 14 days, etc.....

Would have been more impressive and believeable if it hadn't been entitled:

"Penality Charge Ref:950231341223"

Duly reported to Phishing.gov.uk with the response:
"As of 30/09/20 the number of reports received stand at more than 2,930,000 with the removal of 13,291 scams and 30,344 URLs." and thanks for reporting.

What puzzles me is that as there is a "click to pay" link, presumably if one follows it there is some way in which a card payment is made to a specific bank account. Why can't these accounts be traced and the holders be suspended by their dangly bits?

But I did say some of the results could be amusing .
