I have seen you typing with one finger, reckon it would be quicker if you used a chisel and hammer on a tablet of stone.

Because Bathurst Telecast is on the AUS 'Anti Siphoning' list. ie. Must be on the Broadcaster's Main FTA Channel (Ch7) which is an Analogue & SD Channel.

7Mate is their HD Channel, but they're not allowed to run it there!

It will obviously be 'filmed' in HD (cause NZ will get it in HD) but Ch7 can't broadcast it on its HD channel)

it can be shown on 7Mate (HD), as long as it is also shown on 7 (SD) due anti-siphoning.

Maybe the network doesn't think there is value? Speed will be showing the replay(s?) in HD also.

why is the crc reporter on the crc motorsport show wearing his teams gear rather than crc gear?

For many years the chap who you cannot bring yourself to name has had a personal sponsorship deal with Wynns.

Whether that is relevant or not is unknown, as is the arrangement between TV3 and the man with no name

Woolley - if you were American I would fully expect a poor understanding of relative geography and time zone differences but from an Englishman? No wonder the Empire is in such a pickle.

I thought TV3's coverage was excellent. For a free to air channel, ads are necessary but overall the package was great.

Yes it was mostly good, much better than previous years.
Just a bit off going to ad breaks at that stage. Especially when all you are hearing is "ad free to the end" Yes I know that was the aussies, but surely they would have known that and prepared for it.
Anyway, hopefully we get better year round coverage next year
