The Great Mo Nunn.

Just found this lovely photograph I took in 1967 at Mallory Park. Morris Nunn, in the centre of the picture looking down at the car, and the chap on the right of the picture is Peter Preece, a close friend of Mo's. Mo is now living in SanDiego. Thought you'd like to see this picture from the past.

You can almost see Mo's mind whirring...."Mmm, now that, with modification would be just the thing for the ENSIGN!"

Picture of Mo Nunn

Gerry,
Just to correct you, the guy on the right was Alan Preece, unfortunately now no longer with us.

Regards,
Derek (Mo's ex brother-in-law and mechanic)

I stand corrected, and I should have known better, as I have met Alan many times. He was a great artist too. Thanks. ps I last heard from Mo a year back when I was out there. He invited me to visit but hadn't the time in schedule.

Did Mo always look that old? He looked very much the same last time I saw a picture of him...
I had a HUGE thing for Ensign in the 70s, as they were based in Chasetown, and I lived in Burntwood. 3 miles away...

Mo Nunn.

Morris always looked a certain age, possibly because he was always working things through in his engineers mind. If the gentleman concerned would pm me, then after proof that he does actually have MN cars, I would be delighted to put him in touch with Mo.
Gerry.
