Sauber test driver Neel Jani has become the first person to drive a F1 car in the new Bahrain circuit.

'Neel Jani' seems guaranteed to be an answer in trivia quizzezs for years to come. I'm sure the locals loved it, and the ticket sales will have been boosted further. Going to the Middle East will make for a nice change, I just hope the circuit lives up to its promise.

No, that report is wrong. He didn't drive on the circuit, but in the city.

its a demonstration on the road and not the circuit. the article never mentions the circuit and clearly from the picture u can c the road and i know exactly where that is.
